The former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has found a new job: she’s been appointed creative design executive at Range Rover. The announcement was made yesterday during the 40th birthday celebrations of the Range Rover brand where Land Rover introduced its new Evoque ‘baby’ SUV.
Beckham, wearing a nude asymmetric drape neck dress from her Autumn/Winter 2010 range, was among a host of celebrities invited by Land Rover and fashion magazine Vogue to celebrate this special occcasion.
Beckham will work on a special edition of the Evoque, and called the vehicle “absolutely stunning”. She said she was looking forward to “everything” about the collaboration, and added: “I don’t know where to start. It’s an incredible opportunity I’ve been given. I’m very excited.” On sale from summer 2011 and priced from £30,000 to around £45,000, the Evoque will be the ‘greenest’ Range Rover produced so far.
